Wasn't mixed

This is a work I had to do with a friend (the one who's singing) : we had to make a song, in groups, with a theme : the mask.
Based on a little story we created, we wrote lyrics and found chords. Later, with struggle, we made the final part, highly inspired by Sevdaliza (an artist we both love).

I'm back again with some noise-based music !
So, yeah, back in July (something like that) scientists released a sound of what could be the sound of a black hole. I knew I had to do something with it...
So here it is.
The sound is just a little part of the entire music (the weird rumbling pad). It went through a vocoder, some distortion, an EQ...

In the "weird-space-noises" saga, let me introduce you the 2nd part !!!

This was ENTIRELY made with the (supposedly) sound of the Earth's magnetic field. I used a looooooooooot of Iris2 from Izotope (<3) and also Trash2 (from Izotope too).
It was fun, it was weird, it IS weird.
I like it.

OST made for OST Composing Jam#7. Our group INDIGO made musics based on a game based on a picture and a theme given by OST Jam's admins.

Strotyline : Mia is a child who used to go to the aquarium with her mom: admiring fishes, watching bubbles rise to the surface, contemplating water... Then, all of a sudden, Mia's mom wasn't here anymore. 
Follow in Mia's step back to the aquarium to find her memories of her mother.

01Aquarium (by Manon Chapelière): Mia walks down a corridor, enters the aquarium. 

02​Contemplation (by Coline Colombet): Mia contemplates her new surroundings, a magnificent underwater aquarium, surrounded by magical-looking fish. Bubbles surround and cradle her.

03Just a memory (by Zoé Buche): Then, suddenly, she recalls sad memories from the past that make her suffer.

04Against them (by Manon Chapelière): Mia is drawn into the darkness of her thoughts, which pull her into the abyssal depths.

05The ascent (by Zoé Buche): The ghost of her mother appears, drawing her back to the surface.

06Back to life (by Coline Colomber): At last, she breathes again. She has survived her ordeal. Now she has mourned. Her mother can rest in peace. ​​​
