He requires a little bit of backstory.
Oliver, the Papyrus role, had a bathroom wall in their family's home redone about a decade or so ago. When they tore down the old wall, within the wall they found the action figure of Jimmy Neutron's Sheen Estevez pictured above. The man who lived in that house before Oliver's family was a man in his forties who lived alone, and I believe he had moved out before JN came out anyway. So how this unsettling Sheen figurine (figuresheen?) got in the wall is beyond anyone's comprehension. Oliver and their family kept it because they're certain it's a cursed spirit and they do not want to anger it. So I decided it would be a good Flowey replacement for this AU.

This being does not share any of Sheen's mannerisms, as it is rather a cosmic entity of unknowable power. But they do have the same voice.

This ost plays when you learn what happened to Gaster.

His experiment on Determination went wrong and he has forgotten all about his previous life, even his own children.

Gaster's experiment was to see if a monster could handle the Determination and he used himself as a subject.
He did gains the ability to Reset but he can only pulled of this power only in emotion shock state. He however doesn't keep his memory from past "runs" unlike humans, who souls are strong enough to keep them.

First of all, yeah, Halloween isn't for a few more days, but I just REALLY wanted to upload something y'know. Also, gonna be honest, I am already sick of Halloween.
Second of all, I'm surprised that I finally did this tbh. There's been like 15 different versions this update has gone through over the past 2 years and I never thought I'd finish one of them. Anyway, I'm glad I did, and this is by far the best of them, so I'm even happier at that.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy listening to this and I'll see you all in like a week or so. Trust me, I do have another song already done and one which I'm confident will be completed within the next few days, so I'll be uploading a bit more sooner or later I think.
