The 2015 Swarthmore Lecture was given by Diana Francis with the title 'Faith, power & peace'.  Diana draws on her practical experience of violence and peace-making in many different countries and articulates a radical vision of a world without war and how we can work towards this.

The 2016 Swarthmore Lecture: Mending Broken Hearts, Rebuilding Shattered Lives, Quaker Peacebuilding in Eastern Africa was given by Esther Mombo at 7:00pm on Saturday 28th May as part of Britain Yearly Meeting at Friends House, London. The other lecturer Cécile Nyiramana was prevented from being present in person but her words were part of the lecture delivered by Esther.
