(THIS DIALOGUE ISN'T CANON TO THE STORY ANYMORE)

*A short, skeletal figure in a disheveled hoodie stands on the other end of WHITESPACE, the deep red dots that are assumedly its eyes burn deep into your own. It holds a red knife in one hand, the other buried deep into a pocket on the hoodie. Their entire body is coated in a thin but visible layer of gray powder, a dust that dulls the color of its already dark blue hoodie.

*It reeks of both endless maddening hatred, and of a thinly veiled sorrow, gripping the hilt of its blade tight enough to stretch its white glove to nearly tear itself apart.

*Their gaze averts to its surroundings, surveying WHITESPACE with a subtle sense of awe.

"so... you're the one who runs this place. the one in control, the most powerful being in this dimension of yours... or whatever this is supposed to be."

*Its gaze reverts to your eyes, a hint of shame evident from what little light reveals its face, seemingly cast in eternal shadow.

"...i'm gonna be honest with you, i'm here to kill you. i don't really want to, to be honest, but..."

*It takes a step forward, then another, and another, continuing to approach slowly and, seemingly, lazily.

". . .  T h a t  h a s  y e t  t o  s t o p  m e ."

*In that moment, you feel eyes watching you. Turning out of instinct, SOMETHING looms over your shoulder, with a directionless but still eternal gaze. The skeletal being before you, upon turning forward again, also has SOMETHING looming over its shoulder, only instead of what yours looks like, this one's shaped like a roughly rectangular object with two gleaming red eyes atop a long piece of cloth wrapped into a floating scarf, with two disembodied hands floating nearby in front.

*The skeletal figure takes notice to the things behind the both of them, only instead of shock, it seems... remorseful.

"i see... so, you too, huh? that's... *sigh* i get it, kid. that feeling. but... i got a job to do."

*You're both ready to strike each-other down, knives drawn and prepared to draw the others blood.

"all i need to do is win... and i'll have the power i need."

*The figure raises its blade, aiming it directly at you in declaration of war.

"G o o d b y e ."

So yeah, I posted again. Bout time! I've made other songs in the two odd years since last time but I don't feel like posting that because most of that sucks to much to be put out more publicly than it already is. I made this on Cakewalk using the pre-installed plugins, as well as a bit I took from the FLP of the remake of The Murder that Dusttale Official put out a long while back. Made it as a sort of test of what Cakewalk is capable of, since even though I have FL Studio I can't quite wrap my head around it just yet.

It's also made with an AU of mine in mind, which can be summed up as Dusttale mixed with Deltatraveler's concept of going through other worlds, mainly focusing as a character study of a Sans who has killed the entirety of his kind and is now having to go to other dimensions to get enough power to stop The Player, which becomes the backstory for my take on DustDust. That's where the entire dialogue section came from. If I ever do more with this concept I might post it on AO3 as another one of those bat shit crazy crossover fics you see on there. Minus the smut of course (lmao).

If you don't like this song for whatever reason, go ahead and feel free to tell me why, preferably in a constructive way. Or you could just say I'm fucking cringe for combining an Undertale AU about Sans Undertale killing people with a quirky depression sim with rpg elements. That works too.
