After the release of the "Two Players" album, we were asked by swedish record label Memento Materia to participate on a compilation album, "Electropop Heroes Vol 1". So we made a new remix of "Favourite Song" exclusively for this album.

We really enjoyed doing this remix as it gave us the opportunity to try out some new ideas for the song. We recorded some acoustic guitar and some new vocal parts, rearranged a little bit here and there, and hey presto - remixed!

SWEEP was formed in late 1996, and our main goal was to make some catchy electronic tunes inspired by the music we've grown up listening to in the eighties. We've always been fans of synthpop music, and we try to mix that influence with more recent sounds and inspirations.
