Spice Crime is a Miami-based DJ born in Israel with a Cuban background. She found her passion for music while being raised in the vibrant city of Miami. With a deep-rooted appreciation for various art forms, she gravitated towards the Miami nightlife. She was quickly captivated by the local underground music scene and inspired by creatives around her. Recognizing music’s ability to transcend boundaries, you can expect a unique fusion of cultural influences and eccentric tracks in her sets. Inviting her audience to step outside their musical comfort zones and embrace new sounds. Driven by a multidisciplinary approach to her craft, she dove into the bass scene playing drum & bass. She has evolved her taste towards different genres like trance, techno, house, electro, ambient and more. You can expect to see her playing in nightclubs, bars, and radio shows. She’s currently working on releasing new music for this year.

This is my remix of the track “Maktub” – originally by Belly, Elyanna & MC Abdul. The remix is a personal interpretation, reflecting on themes of loss, displacement, and resilience.

Please note: the rap parts by Belly and MC Abdul are not included in this version.

This decision was made purely for musical and structural reasons – to allow the piece to breathe in a different way. I have the deepest respect for both artists and their contributions to the original.

Episode Name: Mixtapes For Kez

A cassette special, dedicated to my partner Kez. We unearthed some mixtapes (yep, actual tapes that I posted) I recorded for her when we first met and she was living in Tokyo, back in 2019. Although this will seem like a seamless mix, it's split into 3 parts. Whilst digitalising the cassettes for this show, there was 10 minutes to spare to make up the 2 hours. So I started with 4 of my own tracks that were released on tape. Each from around this same time, with significance to my trips to Japan.

Biome 'Drifter' [Forrh Coming]

Faux Poly presents the fourth release of 2025, an inspired four-tracker from Bristol based Roaming Data. The EP blends 4x4 with UK Bass and the palette of big room Electronica.

Titled ‘Once Again’, the EP’s lead single’s raw tech energy and percussive intensity are a distinctive signature that has remained a hallmark across his releases on Method808 and his own Circula Records label. ‘UGOT’ flips the mood with its break driven broken style of a darker warehouse influence with another incredible vocal that pierces through the mix. ‘Nazca Lines’ and ‘London Orbital’ complete the project, channeling the singles’ energy through a more heads-down, focused approach that perfectly balances this EP.

"Once Again" wasn't born from any specific theme or concept. Music production for me is an expression of genres and artists that I take inspiration from, which in turn evolves into my own personal creative fusion. Flavours of acid house, leftfield techno and percussive drum workouts all amalgamate to form what I consider, my sound.

My hardware has been the catalyst for a lot of ideas behind these productions. Programming drums through the Digitakt, sequencing arps through my MS20 or just running random sounds into my RE-20 delay pedal, have birthed many creative ideas.
