The 13th release on Above The Storm comes from Switzerland as Germany's own Andre de Jong delivers a deep cut of dubby chords, distant voices and a chugging low end that could summon the dead. The understated breakdown gives way to a magical combination of thumping drums and haunting vocals making this track a great example of how less can very much be more.
The sole remix is from Alfonso Muchacho who provides his customary melodic building sound that can only be described as "Most Muscular".

Cerato is an artist with a deserving reputation as one of the underground's finest. He shows that again here with Perpetual, a hugely detailed techno tune with scintillating synth work and raw percussion. It's a sizzling peak time track with the sort of energy that locks in the floor and plenty of twists and turns. The Sasha Carassi Remix then strips things back to a more muscular groove with tense synth layers piled up over the top and is sure to make its mark in the club.
