¨Tribute¨ EP was born over the years of the collaboration of Butane & Riko Forinson. Each track of the record was created in a different moment of their journey, later they were assembled for a single release on Bar 25 Music. Around 2005-2010 Butane played marathon afterhours DJ sets at the original Bar 25 location on the river Spree in Berlin. ¨Tribute¨ is a homage to those times overwhelming Riko Forinson in this old underground story and a new present.

Poker Flat Recordings never disappoints. La Terra is another exquisite release, this time from New York mainstay George Morel (@georgemorel) and the deep vibes of Rowee (@roweemood). Morel has been leaving impressions on club goers and listeners alike for two decades, and has a killer back catalogue featuring releases in Groove On Records, Get Physical Music, Kittball, Suara, Circle music and more. Teaming up with the Italian producer Rowee, also known as Leonardo Gonnelli, the pair share a release featuring two cuts of pure deep heat.

'La Terra' is a burner that chugs along via an urgent rhythm section, before introducing numerous curveball synths, arps, acidic squiggles and more.

'Rushing Through the Mind' sees Rowee take to the controls solo, and dives right into his signature deep, hypnotic grooves. Over 8 plus minutes this deep tech house bomb mutates and expands into a pure dancefloor moment.

Gab Rhome is known for dreamy and melodic music. His productions have appeared on top labels, including All Day I Dream, Anjunadeep, Kindisch and Last Night on Earth. On this EP, Rhome presents four first-class remixers. Premiere: Matthias Schuell - Mephisto [Blindfold Recordings]

German house masters Tube & Berger and Juliet Sikora have announced that they will be releasing the third volume in the 'It Began In Africa' compilation series on Kittball Records. For this, the label have teamed up with "The African Children's Choir", licensed their music and organised a selection of producers to remix them whilst contributing their royalties to the choir. The money will provide shelter, education and a new home for African children in need.

The first two compilations generated over 15,000 Euros which were used to support the choir and its social projects. The funds enabled the building of nurseries and schools to help children get away from life in the streets and this new edition includes tracks from Dario D'Attis, Flashmob, Josh Butler, Mat.Joe, Magdalena, Riva Starr, Walker & Royce and many more.

This is a deep and afro-tinged selection of house tracks that take us back to the roots of rhythm, embalming the earthy grooves with all manner of melodies, tribal percussive patterns, cosmic signifiers and more in between.

Nihil Young, Less Hate - Bafirisuti (Original Mix)

Bullerengue is a musical style and dance from the Caribbean Region of Colombia and the Darién Province in Panama, and traditionally sung exclusively by women. 16 years ago, Panamanian producer Ingmar Herrera a.k.a. Lord Bontown & Kiribati went into the Darien jungle to record and produce the album Bunde and Bullerengue. Today the Berlin based Cacao Records bosses and brotherly duo of K.E.E.N.E. revive some of these powerful chants and percussive elements for Connected and the electronic dance community.
