2 of the UK's freshest talents - dynamic House duo Peverell, and show-stopping vocal/production trio Kuuda, combine their brilliant skills on the fantastic new single, 'So Spiritual' on Let There Be House. Destined to explode on the dance floors this summer, Peverell & Kuuda deliver a spine-tingling heartfelt song steeped in the spirit of House Music, where layers of soulful vocals flow over a magnetic jackin' groove loaded with filtered sweeping disco string hooks. Also on the package, UK House titan Yousef ramps up the heat to deliver a sexy peak-time house romp with a stirring edge. Delivering one of his signature crisp productions, Yousef injects a powerful bubbling electronic bass groove, layers of atmospheric synthology, playful vocal loops and peppered with impactful drops and breakdowns primed to lift the roof off!
UK DJ and production duo Peverell have been contributing to the dance music scene since the late 1990's. They are known for their versatile style, blending genres from Soulful, Disco House and Jackin' tracks, delivering vibrant performances. Peverell have held residencies and performed across Europe, including Ibiza. They have released over 50 tracks and remixes on labels such as Let There Be House, Phoenix Music, Love To Be, Jango Music and more. A notable highlight in their career is the remix of their original track 'Way Back', by house music legend Roger Sanchez, a collaboration with Ron Carroll.
Brighton's Kuuda are a talented dance music collective, comprised of 3 producer/songwriter/vocalists, Charlie, Maeve and Ollie. All from different musical backgrounds, Kuuda encompass a style that can range from Progressive/Afro to Jackin House to Emotive Breakbeat in both production and lead vocals. They have been making big waves on the scene with collaborations with Franky Wah, Hot Since 82, KeeQ, Artche, Sam Divine, James Organ on both Shèn Recordings and BLOND:ISH’s imprint Abracadabra. Their recent single with Hot Since 82, ‘ALIVE’, gained BBCR1 support from Pete Tong and Danny Howard. Kuuda have lots of exciting new music in the pipeline including releases on Crosstown Rebels and Let There Be House.
With over 20 years of dedication to the global electronic music scene, Yousef's contribution can’t be over exaggerated and he is considered one of the best, most skilful and most respected UK DJs of all time. As a producer, Yousef has now completed his 5th artist album, the truly accomplished 'I Operate in Purple'. Yousef has released more music on the world’s best record labels than almost any other artist in his field. Seminal releases on Crosstown Rebels, Desolat, Cocoon, Moon Harbour, Knee Deep in Sound, Defected, Hard Times, Renaissance and of course his own legendary Circus Recordings. Circus has released music from dance giants including Carl Cox, Kerri Chandler, Green Velvet and Jamie Jones and is known breaking new talent too.
