It's hard to write a 7-minute groove and keep it interesting all the way through; this tune could have gone another seven and never gotten boring. Great job!

Skin Deep was an original band i was in in the 90's. This song was written by myself and by the Late Great Larry Rogers (R.I.P.) in 1993. 
We recorded this album in Larry Rogers basement in Painesville Ohio. 
The tracks were recorded on an Alesis ADAT 8 Track and a Mackie 1604. We mixed it in his bedroom. I mastered the track in 2022 at my studio Sweet Spot Recording Studio in Miami, Fl. Here is the result. Hope you enjoy. I think that Larry was well on his way to fame and fortune before he passed.

So This song is one of my faves that we played, as i played bass and keyboards in this one. It was tricky pulling this off live but we did it a couple times in the few times that we played out.  I thought Larrys vocals were so animated and haunting sometimes. Scotts drumming  was just incredible as well.  Just loved the mood of the song.

Skin Deep - Help Me Find My Way

Great little funky tune from Skin Deep. Love the clean  guitar sounds Larry got on the bridge. Scott's drumming was also just great! My Gibson RD Artist really shines on this one with the bridge pick up and the Moog Active Electronics.  Let's Get Funky!

Through Your Eyes Of Love Demo Version By Beth Gladen

This is another of my songs. I originally wrote this on a Fender Rhodes Piano. Then I started adding instrument layers to it. Hence the name Layers. Miss Shelby Lapre is playing the lead guitar on this track and I am playing all the other instruments and also did the drum program mapping as well. I thought it would be fun to listen to the demo version and compare it to the completed production when I get it done. I am currently re tracking this song with Chris Celleghin on Drums who is really capturing the groove.

I have always struggled with lyrical content on my songs, so if anyone has any lyrical ideas, I would love to hear them. I would just ask that they fit the genre and are not offensive.
