One simply cannot talk about the Slovenian electronic music scene without mentioning Ian F. He first started making waves as the resident of Ambasada Gavioli, but really left an impact as the co-founder of Colours in Music, which paved the way for many aspiring artists. Now spreading refined house and techno as part of the LuckIsOn collective, it is his experience, his uncanny feel for the dancefloor and his feelgood vibes that fixated him as a regular name across European dancefloors. Ian is delivering an ambient / downtempo mix for us this time. Enjoy the listening!

@leonardo-crespi: "well.. i'm currently living in glasgow doing my dissertation for my masters in finance. i'm still buying records even if i don't have any turntables here! i recorded this mix during my easter vacation in italy, where i have all my records. i'm part of a collective based in varese called yay. we started organising parties locally and then we expanded in milan, rome, verona but also in europe (berlin, barcelona, strasbourg, lugano). in 2015 we opened our own record label (yay recordings) and we are now releasing our tenth record. i love music and i love playing as deejay, even in small parties. it's not my job, but it's one of the things i like to do the most."

Welcome to the new Pluie/Noir podcast series. 8 years after our debut we decided to press the reboot button and return to our roots. With a new format and back to a regular monthly schedule, Pluie/Noir Interscapes will feature audio collages, mixes, live interviews and live recordings from P/N artists, friends, and other collectives we admire. 

Because less is more, instead of the usual triptych format, this series will feature one single A3-A1 visual interpretation of the music by a graphic artist. The artwork will be available to purchase in poster format on our rebooted Bandcamp page very soon, with cassettes or CD-r of the mixes as a bonus. 

World events have taken the series out of its planned monthly schedule, but priority was on the safety and functional structure of the private lives of everyone involved in the project during these unprecedented times. 

For Interscapes 02 we welcome Rubi, a versatile german artist based in Myanmar, with a visual interpretation by english painter David Surman,
