Fox’s Juice Flow Remixes EP follows on from a prolific run of releases including the artist’s highly-lauded sophomore album Squang Dangs in the Key of Vibes, the Weh Mi Seh EP with Sam Binga & DJ Polo, a slew of high-profile singles, collaborations as well as a packed out post-lockdown tour schedule across the UK and Europe.

This Juice Flow Remixes package sees the one and only Fox return to the Swing Ting label with producers Lenzman, Nowheretobefound, Sam Binga and Sherry S retouching and revisiting four of the original thirteen album tracks in a 2022 style and fashion.

SWINGTINGRMX004 is the last ever release on the Swing Ting label, founded in 2014. A fitting way to round off eight years and thirty-six releases on the imprint which began with Fox & Brackles’ Skank.

Kamzuqi is a figurehead in the UK Garage scene at the moment as he is one third of @solitudemcr, arguably one of the most prolific events labels currently doing their thing within the scene. Having only been around a relatively short amount of time, Solitude mix series has become an iconic badge of honor for a DJ, having been host to pretty much all of the leading DJs and producers about.

He has also been in the events scene since he was 17 years old so knows how to put on a rave or two. He has been applying this past experience to push Solitude from being an online platform into a fully fledge event labels having now hosted two events in Manchester, with the third happening on the 1st of May featuring the likes of Soul Mass Transit System and Yosh - Definitely not one to be missed.

Kamzuqi is a label head first, and a DJ second, but that is not to say that he takes DJing any less seriously as this mix here shows. Packed full of bass-heavy two step belters, and unreleased tunes from some of the coldest artists in the game right now, Kamzuqi has shown that he isn't here to mess about.

We are back with a fresh mix from @tssoundzz, taking a deep dive into some of his biggest influences from the jungle golden age, a voyage through the intelligent, ambient and old skool styles that have shaped modern dnb/jungle 🌴

We are blessed with the crisp slapping drums of wax doctor, to the pot and pan magic of photek, all the way to the bass ripping 808s of Andy C 🔊

Some modern jungle also appears throughout the mix - largely influenced by the sounds of the 90s and early 2000s; tracks by Fendi K, coco Bryce and Lavery give us an insight into the way jungle has evolved, with the same character and sound being mimicked, but with the use of modern software and processing tools, creating a new vibe that is totally unique to our era of jungle 🌴

Hopefully this mix inspires those listening to dive deeper into the world of jungle music, and through this broadened knowledge build a newfound respect for the artists who pioneered the fundamentals of rave culture as we see and experience today 🔋
