La chanson "Je rendrai coup pour coup" est un hymne de résilience et de révolte, portée par une énergie brute et un message clair : l’heure n’est plus à subir, mais à se relever et à se défendre.

Elle raconte un vécu douloureux : trahisons, blessures morales, paroles toxiques, coups bas… tout ce que l’auteur a encaissé en silence. Chaque couplet est une plongée dans la douleur passée, mais aussi dans la force intérieure qu’il a fallu mobiliser pour survivre.

Le refrain marque un tournant : fini de courber l’échine. Le protagoniste promet de répondre aux coups par la force, non pas par haine, mais pour se protéger, s'affirmer, ne plus être une victime. Il devient guerrier, sans pour autant perdre son humanité — il précise qu’il « n’aime pas beaucoup toutes ces bagarres ».

Le ton est déterminé, puissant, personnel. C’est une chanson de combat intérieur, de reprise de pouvoir sur sa vie et ses émotions. Elle parlera à tous ceux qui ont été blessés, mais qui refusent désormais de se laisser briser.
