Darren's journey in music began in the late 80s when he was swept up by the rave culture in Edinburgh. Inspired by legendary DJs like Carl Cox and Sasha, he got his first set of decks at 16 and was soon DJing at various clubs. His passion for dance music led him to co-found Peaches n Cream and become a resident DJ in numerous clubs. He has ran several club nights and hosted his own radio show, Edinburgh Rocks Radio.

Darren's DJ style, inspired by Ibiza's dance scene, blends big beats with dirty bass lines, creating unforgettable sets. Now known as MisterSmith, he is set to re-enter the club scene with a fresh, bold approach. And since 2019, he has been successfully running Leithienda, a night that continues to grow in both success and credibility.

Hailing from the North West UK, Ger Zinio has been a staple in the electronic music scene since 1992. Inspired by the high-energy mixing of icons like Carl Cox and Jeremy Healy, Ger began his journey in the early rave and house scenes. By the mid-90s, his style had shifted to darker, more progressive sounds, shaped by influences such as Nick Warren, Anthony Pappa, Sasha, and John Digweed.

In 1999, Ger relocated to Dublin, Ireland, diving into a vibrant club scene. He became a fixture at renowned venues, including the iconic Temple Theatre, Ormonde Dublin, and the GPO in Galway. His presence earned him weekly and monthly residencies on prominent platforms such as Radio4by4 and Progressive Heaven, where he shared his evolving sound with dedicated listeners.

Today, Ger’s mixes are celebrated across the global progressive house community, with recent features on the Progressive House Classics blog. His popular podcast, Purple Haze Sessions, airs regularly on a lineup of respected internet radio stations, including Subcode, Super Progressive, KDK DJ's, Progressive House UK, Sonar Bliss Radio Belfast, RTE PULSE's Back 2 Basics, Mixpub Radio, Inferno Radio, Chicago Youth Radio, So What! Radio, ODH Radio, and Report2Dancefloor.
