Juli im Mai, started spinning Vinyls at the lovely age of seventeen in his hometown Lübeck. The passion to move an audience with his music was born. 
His life first led him to southern Germany, where he found a new home for himself and his music in Black Forest region.
"Life is colorful" is a saying that "Juli" likes to use to describe the development of his life. After a commercial apprenticeship, he moved to Munich and Berlin in 2006, in order to develop musically.

He finally chucked in his professional career in the economy and decided to concentrate exclusively on his life as a DJ and to push his own club events, such as his Downtempo /Deep Tribal - Party “Moody Monday” and “The Kundalini-Express”, which received a legendary obituary after a short time. 
For two years he took over the management of the underground club "White Rabbit" in Freiburg im Breisgau and also led his Party Events to success. 
Moody and varied, the Music Juli plays is as capricious and diverse as life itself. Different Genres flow into each other, harmonious or experimental symbiosis come into existance, ethnic-sounds meet impulsive electro-beats and Melody and Minimalism alternate. The Music may have Moments of Irritation, going Detours and dragging long Loops.

"Nothing is for eternity", says Juli! Due to his relocation to Budapest, the success story is now to be continued.
