We take all that we have learned
Create the machines of imagination

Deep in the vast Sundered Hills
So begins the legend of a Reach-Child

Came Hestra Empress of Cyrodiil
She turned the kings on each other

The last hold was that of Sundered Hills
A bargain proposed and a bargain refused

The Hagraven cast her magic

Finally, emerging with nothing but flames
In his eyes and on his sword

At last slain before the countless bodies

Built on a foundation cracked and cursed
I see the walls decay and dry paint flake away
The colours are sapped and the rooms lay bare
