Sharp stabs cut through the bass on Flvn’s ‘Yule’, no mistake, this could soundtrack a slasher movie in-spite of its festive title.

A1 East Vision by Milanese’s finest Uabos uncovers an extraordinary musical experience with a lot of twists and twirls that are skilfully crafted. Constructed of mouth-watering synth textures and dusty melodic samples that hover over the rolling bass engine, Uabos surely delivers a dancefloor killer.

Herzel’s Transformation as the A2 track adds deep blue melodic depth on top of icy rhythmic pattern. It tickles the senses as sharp leads and powerful kicking stabs appear above the grinding bass line, providing mesmeric effect.

Flute Power’s Discothalia heats up the B side. Lush breaks and ripples meet a cloud-bursting bass line, intertwining with the ethereal vocal traces that unveil throughout the composition and into infinity.

Metropolitan Soul Museum in the closing B2 track Former Glory introduces a delicately structured musical narrative that has blocks of steady rhythmic percussion accompanied with unforeseeable melodic samples and tender vocal cut-ups.

Juan Soto has been keeping his new alter ego, Juan To Tree, kind of busy in the last months with a solid string of releases on vital Indie Dance platforms such as Fauna Reve, Hard Fist, Duro, and Espacio Cielo. Colossio (SXDNS025), in turn, has never had a break in his consistent career and has been delivering an impressive amount of high-quality material, having appeared on a plethora of essential labels as, for instance, Logical, Phisica, Duro, Side Up Works, Play Pal Music, Tom Tom Disco, beat is murder, Karakter, Playground, Nothing Is Real, Quixotical, Relish, NEIN, and Belly Dance Services.

Now, the Mexican virtuosos joined forces to deliver an imperative single on the Spanish powerhouse Espacio Cielo and brought some friends who provided stunning interpretations of the powerful original: Theus Mago (SXDNS056) & Moisees, Zombies In Miami, and the label boss himself, Parissior (SXDNS206) brought “El Lider” to their own turf and infused it with some of their influences and soundscapes.

Zombies In Miami, for instance, opted for a trippier and more atmospheric version. Their “Guru Mantra” remix is a showcase of the versatility and creativity of the Mexican duo. If not a track devoted to making you dance on a packed and sweaty dance floor, it is definitely a piece that takes you places – one of the most important roles music bears. Mission successfully accomplished, lads!

San Francisco based record label Roam Recordings celebrates its 100th release with a compilation from beloved alumni and new artists offering original work spanning darker shades of disco, cosmic techno, psychedelic, and acid house. What started as a group of ravers in the mid 90s that roamed the countryside (mostly in the US, Canada, and Mexico) looking for parties has evolved under the direction of its boss Jason Peters into a record label featuring a diverse array of internationally known artists. The in tent of the record label is to continue the journey in search of new sounds while honoring the past. The Roam 100 Compilation is a milestone in that journey. It has been arranged to be enjoyed from beginning to end and to be rifled through at will.

„Good Skills“ is keeping its promise to represent the noise of local youth. This time Vilnius based label offers couple of remixes and a remaster for rising Lithuanian electronica artist Palmės Žiedas and his track “Fhadi“. 
Originally released in the very end of 2020, “Fhadi” is a psychotic electronic piece with mysterious lyrical message about a man, who was trapped in a dragon’s lair. Track came out with a great music video, soaked with lo-fi aesthetics, where Palmės Žiedas was singing and playing synths in the woods and was well received by local melancholic electronica fans. Hopefully, international crowd will appreciate the imaginary story of “Fhadi” too.
Co-boss of well-respected „Hard Fist” Tushen Raï happily picked up the task of turning “Fhadi“ into dancefloor piece and took it for a trip to unknown desserts somewhere in the east. Sounds tight!
For the first remix for his own label, Roe Deers did what he knows best. Bass driven, a bit heated, powerful and fierce execution of “Fhadi” should work great at the peak of your set.

"Journeys" as in "Journeys into Music" is what the latest EP of Jack Matthew Tyson (@jack-matthew-tyson) is all about. This first track starts dark, but it has this dreamy feel and that typical though by the artist. Undenyable, he got an Intrinsic Factor what makes every track unique. This track is more rhythmic, and at 2 mins, some ethnic sounds are layered perfect with the beat. The maintittle track "A Trip To Nowhere - NMSL1205SHSL10D8454" is a remastered version of a track that already exists since 1989! This is what Jack Matthew Tyson brought into producing. The track has a very catchy melody, and fits in todays back to the 80s, since it was produced back then. It could have been the soundtrack of your parents favorite sitcom, was it? Lucid Dreams, listening to this EP could bring you in that state of being awake, but your mind is playing mind tricks. And so is this music doing. Or, maybe the Angels are singing while god is doing donuts with his V8. The closing track of this is EP is a true gem. Starting with a straight 4 by 4 and bassline, after a little minute, the lead instrument drips in. And bam, that melody goes in your head to never leave.
