About Marc Vasquez [Germany]:

It was the beginning of the 90’s Marc Vasquez was infected by electronic music through long-time friend Stefan Zander, who was one of the pioneers in electronic music for the rhein-neckar-delta. he worked in the famous record store in Heidelberg called humpy-records, Germany. with whom he recorded his first tracks and which was released on a Techno Trax Compilation, distributed by ZYX Records Germany. 

Propelled by this experience, he immediately gained recognition as DJ in the Rhein-Neckar-Delta, driving home the new 90’s sound of Technotrance at several events. Bookings for bigger events followed, several in cooperation with national artists. 1994 he became house resident at an small house Club called “XIT”, with his partner in crime Simon Petter aka Fedyh Rotan, with whom he rocked the house every Thursday night, dusk to dawn. 

As consequence from this positive collaboration, Marc began working more with other DJs and Producers in the area, which resulted in an engagement in his second resident club, the “Untere Etage” (“Bottom Loft”) in Heidelberg. The contacts made there to the Techno scene helped him to develop his talents and to continue pushing his musical career he already had successfully begun. At the turn of the millennium, 

Marc (re-)discovered his love for radio, and through his connections with the guys of the club and scene guide Klangterrorist.de, he came to play at the radio station Bermuda Funk in Mannheim in 2003. Here he soon became part of the returning line-up, and also later took over the role of being responsible for national & international bookings such as Massimo Vivona, Dj T, Cari Lekebush and many many more. 

Something like a veteran of music, Marc Vasquez has now been over 15 years in the vinyl business. He was one of the first to introduce house music – probably today the most dominant sound of club music worldwide – to the German dance floor. Secretly and unexpected to listeners, he brought along the first records to Germany from trips to London in the late 80’s, where at the time Acid House had already conquered the British turntables. 

His sound established as DJ. Now he became more active as producer to explain his personal interpretations of electronic style. sometimes totally apart of his normally house roots which will consequently result in his first full lengh downtempo album. due out in the autumn of 2007 on the small independent label ffattire records, which he started ...

SPACE VIEWX [#54] MARC VASQUEZ (Germany,Dub Techno)

Born in the early '80s in Argentina, Mauro Mart, from the age of 15, began to venture into the world of music, more precisely Post Punk & Psychedelic Rock playing the guitar. At the same time, electronic music was attracting more and more his attention thanks to bands like Joy Division, New Order, Depeche Mode, Kraftwerk, among others.

After acquiring different sorts of knowledge, such as technical, musical, DJ skills and other attributes that make a level artist, he began to take his first steps in his professional career sharing gigs with great references from the scene such as Adriatique, Audiofly, Lee Buridge, Shall Ocin, Steve Lawler, MANDY and Agoria, just to name a few, giving rise later to a completely different concept to the one usually presented, his alter ego Altair, who had his debut on the club with Acid Pauli, one of the most avant-garde DJs/producers of the global electronic scene, while releasing different tracks on labels like, for instance, Lump Records and Tropical Twista.

After a long period of musical and artistic growth, in which he has experimented with different genres and paths within music, Mauro Mart presents Naive, his new project full of versatility through which he handles different sound resources within a range of styles at times totally opposite but with absolute coherence.

Focused on the present and in the continuous search for new and more versatile horizons, Naive is characterized by sharing music with strong influences of the sound of Psychedelic Disco, Italo Disco, Next Wave Acid Punk, Acid House, Electro plus other diverse genres. His effort to find music that does not have a defined genre was always his particular quality and characteristic, always in search of different musical gems that incorporate a wide variety of music in genres beyond electronic music.

As Naive, he has released music so far on labels such as Sinchi Collective, Lassi International, Audio B Rec, Balkan Connection, 3rd Avenue, and others to come.

Great artist and personal friend of the label, Bernardo Barrera (Mufti), also half of Mexican duo 'Los Fugazzi', is being quite active lately, having releases on labels like Ombra INTL, Her Majesty's Ship, Relish or Mange Moi.

His productions have influences that go from disco and post punk to electro or ebm, as well as the excellent mix he's recorded for our series.

Argentinian guy Damian aka Skelesys is a versatile, ever-evolving and particularly cutting-edge artist. Born and raised in Buenos Aires, he has freshly settled in the creative surrounding of Berlin. Besides his passion for painting, electronic music has become the center of his artistic life – so he’s a producer and live act with a strong musical background inspired by Hard Rock, Post-Punk, Synth Pop, Coldwave and science fiction or horror movies. Playing drums in the age of three became his first love. After several years of playing in live bands, producing electronic music has opened a whole new world to him that would change his way of hearing, composing and feeling music.
His sound can be defined as haunted, functional and effective, as a result of a delicate and neat mixture of post-punk, coldwave, italo disco with techno. Marked basses are accompanied by thrilled melodies and subtle grooves, surrounded with a touch of darkness and a stripped down futuristic vibe – not afraid of experimenting and looking deep into the void between the senseless and the rhythmic.

Renegade Radio Camp - SKELESYS - Mix 31-10-2019

Born in the late nineties, the producer based in Mexico City gives rise to the music project UNDEFINED PATTERN. He was inspired by the ongoing stress and paranoia of living in Mexico, seeing this way reflected in mystical, strong, and psychedelic music, typical of a free and non-stereotyped dance floor. His sound is based on strong rhythms and percussions, resounding and concise bases, as well as psychedelic and mesmerizing melodies worthy of a late-night soirée.

In his sets, UNDEFINED PATTERN promises a music anthology, guiding and telling a story through a mix of songs. As a producer, with his debut in the compilation "Disquehorror IX" released on of Disque Discos, plus his recently released EP “El Desespere” on DURO and the upcoming release “Convergenxia” on Richmerch, UNDEFINED PATTERN is steadily making his music known.
