"Ginger Ale Tummy Aches" started out as Concept/EP in late 2020, Into early 2021 The concept remained the same but everything else was significantly reworked and retitled into what will soon be my second album "Requiem for a Dream". The idea behind is telling the story of my 5 year relationship/brief engagement and finally being able to say how I truly felt. Everything I couldn't say during the relationship, due to gaslighting and manipulation, I've said in these songs. Most of the songs on this trackless aren't on the final album and are considered "B sides". Reasons as to why they didn't make the cut differ but nonetheless I picked what tracks I felt were best. A shoutout to my friend Ace, of "Animals Over People" for continuing to help me bring this project to life and being patient with me during the creative process. I hope that anyone who encounters this enjoys and resonate with what I have to say, and look forward to "Requiem for a Dream", out May 19.
