Lead track from the new album.  Written and arranged by Dr Magic (Syd.31).  It was mixed and produced by Steve A from legendary punk band Axegrinder.  Those who know their punk will recognize them for the huge influence they have had on all our heroes.   Axegrinder have been name checked and stated as an influence by bands such as Slipknot, Pitchshifter and Mortis.  Without Axegrinder, many hardcore bands would not have found their sound.

To be able to work with Axegrinder's Steve  makes us feel proud and unbelievably excited.

This track pioneers  return to Dr Magic's own pure punk roots while still keeping their feet firmly in electronica, industrial and synth-pop.  

In an age of political assassination and mass shootings by bigots Syd.31 also want to capture the sound of society collapsing in on itself and the bleakness and frustration the future holds for many of us :-

Tezz Roberts is a mainstay of hardcore music.  From forming Discharge, he has been a solid force in shaping the most exciting music in the world.  If it wasn't for Discharge, and Tezz’s influence, there would probably be no Metallica, Anthrax, Entombed, Slayer, Sepultura... the list is endless.

Outside of Discharge he has also played with UK Subs, Broken Bones and Industrial gods Ministry.  If you like extreme music, you can probably thank him for it.

It was a pleasure to remix it and to be able to merge that signature sound with contemporary drum ‘n bass and techno-industrial.
