Syd ~ Abstract Thoughts (Freestyle)

Born March 30th, 1997, in Toronto, Ont 

Sydney “Vi6ions” Muambi, was born to African parents.
Vi6ions musical influences range from bands like Keane, Coldplay, Our Lady Peace, Radiohead, The Verve, Three Days Grace, Barcelona, to artists such as Childish Gambino, Kendrick Lamar, and Tupac.

As a young child Vi6ions loved to act out scenes from tv, and movies,  and expressed himself through poems and songs he’d write in the 7th and the 8th grade. Vi6ions' early teen years were shaped by his older brother, who was an actor, which motivated Vi6ions to do the same. It wasn’t until he was around 18 that he started leaning back towards music, and began to study marketing simultaneously. 

On Vi6ions' debut  EP project “Long Time Comin” the artist shines a light on his self-doubts, fears, and overcoming both. This lyrically raw, headbanging project is definitely relatable. 

“I want to connect with people through my music, and inspire my peers through my entrepreneurial, musical and financial endeavors”.
