Adam has had a passion for fitness and bodybuilding since he was a child. He joined his dad, an avid lifter and fitness enthusiast, in creating their own home gym and has never looked back. After lifting and competing for many years he took the next step to turn his love of the sport into a career.

After training at the local YMCA for a short time, Adam became a certified personal trainer with ISSA. He has worked at legendary Beyond Limits Training in downtown Columbus, Ohio for the last 12 years. 

Adam is also a licensed diet clinician and works with a variety of clients, from bodybuilders to the general population looking to shed a few pounds and tone up. He has trained and coached many competitive body builders, figure, and physique clients to first place finishes, overall wins, and pro card titles with the NPC, ONBF, INBF, and IFPA. Adam has competed in several bodybuilding competitions and has qualified for the NPC Team Universe three times. While Adam enjoys competing, his true passion is helping other people make transformations they never dreamed were possible.
