Recorded live at Unity Ecstatic Dance at the Bellview Grange in Ashland, OR. My first set played on my new controller! A rare and joyful time to play to my hometown in a large indoor venue. Healing altar, tea-table flowing, and bass-frequencies going, it was a grand moment!
Don't be fooled by the beginning, genres shift and the hype-energy escalates, and then winds down again. There were a few songs where I was intentionally leaving space for vocalists to layer in, which was not captured recorded within the mix, so you may notice some strange quiet moments towards the end and very end. Big thank you to Sitara for hosting, and to Cyrenity for the collaborative moments and soulful sound-healing!

Unity Ecstatic Dance in Ashland 3-8-22

Existing in an organic amphitheater and magic band-shell, this warm Summer dance greeted us with a lot of magic. The vultures, bald eagles and dragonflies were soaring along with the music and dancers. The lush clover held our feet so softly.

As is my classic set journey, the dance starts off relaxed, and builds up waves of energy until the big-bassy crescendo. Then, slowly, with some gradation, we return back to stillness.
Throughout the improvisation, I was pleased with the smoothness of many of the transitions~ Please enjoy

Williams Ecstatic Dance 7-10-22

With a lot of energy built from the opening DJ, we cruised upwards to an explosive bass-heavy crescendo, before mellowing out into some Hip Hop relaxation.
What a feel-filled night of exuberance and many other emotions for the entire breadth of human experience! I invoke our ability to be positively energized through our transmutation processes, may all beings receive the medicine they need.

Recorded live on 1-31-23 in the community room at Jackson Wellsprings. I wanted to set a tone of fluidity and juiciness in anticipation of Bloomurian's set. I think it worked, as the evening was full of wild ecstasy, calls of excitement and a variety of dancing energies!

Opening for Yemanjo again was a beautiful honor, and I set the intention of a warming up set that had only a short burst of crescendo at the end, leaving space for more to come. Out in the meadow, we dance upwards to our highest breath~

O frabjous day! Callooh! Callay! An evening of mischievous merriment at the Mad Hatter Tea Party. DJ Glad Hatter pulling out the kooky-crazy shiii. Outstandingly fun, the dance floor did gyre and gimble in the wabe~~

This perfectly imperfect mix was highly improvised and a ton of fun! The dance floor was electric the whole way until I started cooling us down. We'd all been primed by the royalty catwalk, and mellowed into a lowkey group song circle to end the night. Some fresh tracks and old classics.

Recorded live on  12-18-24. Absolutely honored to play Portland ecstatic dance at The Den! It was their last dance of 2024, and the final day of my Winter Solstice tour. A magical night on a fantastic sound-system, filled with euphoric exclamations and the largest contact-improv amoeba group that people had seen. We had the joy of the wondrous vocalist, my friend Yiyetta, bridging into a sound healing as I transitioned out my my set. It was a juicy, gentle landing back to earth.
