'Get Carter' by the Human League is just too short but so minimal that simply playing it again would be pointless.  Therefore the backing (which was inspired by Bowie's Neuköln) came about simply playing around with the filters in various synths.  Add a bit of rhythmic bass and a random voice & there you go.

Have lengthened out, added a middle-ten(?!?), some synths, played around with the drum sounds and added a few more guitars.

The mix sounds a bit muddy in the chorus (especially the last one) but I'll save that for another day when my ears have recovered.
