Lights (2017 mix)

Sympath is the brainchild and solo project of multi-instrumentalist Moustafa Hefnawy. The idea behind the project began in 2008 as an individual effort to conceptualize the visual impact of music.
Musically, Sympath is a progressive rock/metal experiment that combines elements from different genres, namely jazz fusion, 70s rock, progressive metal, classical symphonies, and black metal. Given the extreme fluctuations in the influences, Sympath is a musical representation of both personal and collective experiences.
