"Sám se divím, že ještě po téměř padesáti letech Karpatské hry někdo čte. Dokonce někdy mluvím s lidmi, o kterých bych nikdy neřekl, že dokážou přespat pod širákem nebo rozdělat oheň. Nadšeně mi sdělují, jak pro ně byla ta kniha důležitá," říká s nepředstíraným překvapením autor slavné knihy, která se nedávno dočkala dalšího vydání.
