"This piece of music really defines what the Solenya project is about, "Storytelling". I wanted my Doorways EP to showcase the story of a young boy turning into a man. The island represents innocence, an island where you and your imagination run free. I encompass this theme with a collection of foley work, ambience, and a very "Earthy" mixing style. My favorite part of The Island is the intro section. A lot of work went into the slow progression of elements as you hear young link walking through Hyrule Field and the transition into an unknown temple with distant rumbles and plucks becoming more apparent. Only to reveal a beautiful horror that is reality, under a veil of adolescence. As a huge Zelda fan (Ocarina of Time coming out on my birth as well as my first game ever.) I wanted to create a perfect medium between my love for gaming and music production. Both tracks were created in 2018 but I wanted to revitalize them for a new modern and cosmic sound."

Accruing over 3.5 million streams to date, the duo were in the midst of a worldwide tour when the pandemic began. Locked at home, Josh and Dave embraced livestreaming immediately. Gabriel & Dresden’s ‘Club Quarantine’ has become a place for their fans to escape and connect on Twitch. The duo stream almost daily. 

Following the release of remixes from ilan Bluestone & Maor Levi, Genix, Qrion, Lumïsade, Myon, Fatum and more throughout 2020, Anjunabeats pleased to present the full ‘Remedy’ (Remixed) package. 

The remix album features five new reworks: Finnish dance icon Darude makes his Anjunabeats debut with a fast-paced take on ’Twelve’, while fellow veteran producer Mike Saint-Jules returns to remix ‘Keep On Holding’. Mike’s last remix on Anjunabeats, a spin on Super8’s ‘Cre8’, came out ten years ago.

One of the latest additions to the Anjunabeats roster, progressive duo gardenstate (aka Marcus Schössow & Matt Felner) rework ’Something Bigger’, which was first heard on Club Quarantine last year. Rounding off the package are a pair of hotly-tipped new producers: Nourey and Entel.

Over a year after the release of their spellbinding 'Swallow's Nest EP', Modd return to Anjunadeep with their three-track EP 'Beyond’. With previous releases on All Day I Dream and Get Physical, the duo's melodic progressions have been championed by the likes of Lee Burridge, Hernan Cattaneo, Kölsch and Pete Tong.
