Freedom In The Cage ha ritmiche breakbeat convulse e claustrofobiche che dilaniano l'ascoltatore con ruvidi iniezioni di noise ed un synth pulsante.

The new chapter of the Sonic Textures series created by the Berlin-based label Syncretism (https://soundcloud.com/syncretismrecords) keeps on breaking the music schemes with six songs characterized by rough metallurgic and industrial sounds, claustrophobic rhythms and dense noise layers. The artwork by Gino Tremila, influenced by abstract painting, suits very well with the music contained in the release. Today we premiere the song Freedom In The Cage by the Japanese musician Ryuji Takeuchi (https://soundcloud.com/ryujitakeuchi), co-owner of the Hue Helix label. Freedom In The Cage has frenzied and claustrophobic rhythms, enriched by rough noise injections and a pulsing synth.

PREMIERE | LAIR - Reform [Syncretism] 2022

The first release of "Syncretism" is a strong declaration of techno made by Cressida. The Ep includes 4 tracks, 3 written and produced by Cressida and 1 additional mix is made by UVB.
All the tracks have got a solid sound, an excursion between the hardest industrial and the classic UK acid sounds.
The first track, Toxic Masculinity, is a punching tune characterized by raw drums, rough synth and break sequencies.
Second track, the UVB Testosterone mix, represents the masculinity killer track, with a screaming human being in a dark environment.
Third track, Snakecharmer, is the anthem killer track characterized by acid and big room sounds.
Neurotic X represents the other side of the label where the artist experiments his tone bringing you in a post industrial and different scenario.

Cressida - Toxic Masculinity EP [Syncretism001V, 12"]

We are very happy to present the 50th podcast in our series from Nemrac, a pseudonym of the electronic music producer Alessandro Canforini. He first emerged on our radar following an appearance on HOR in Berlin as part of the Syncretism showcase in December 2019 and we have been following his productions and sets ever since. 

The Berlin-based DJ, producer and live performer shows his club-oriented approach in a visceral and incisive representation of darkness, skimming through Techno, Industrial, syncopated rhythms and noir atmospheres. He launched the Syncretism label and event in 2017 with the vision of Combining different musical languages, backgrounds and roots. Since then he has released a wide variety of music on a number of labels including his own imprint and more recently Killekill as part of the 10 Years Of Krake Festival Compilation alongside Max Durante, The Horrorist, Monya, Cork Bangers and AND to name a few. 

This mix portrays Alessandro's style perfectly with a blend of heavy kick drums, broken rhythms, distortion, industrial sounds and leans more towards the experimental side of electronic music which is not your typical straight up 4/4 techno.
