MASS Sessions #153 | SAWYL

SAWYL, a London-born producer brings a dark and driving mix featuring tracks from AEIT, Inhalt Der Nacht, and 2 unreleased tracks from SAWYL's duo project, Body Snatchers.

SAWYL saw his first EP, "Fire In The Marshes" release with Belgian label Normative in March of 2021 with later releases on Laburnum & Subrosa.

Body Snatchers have an upcoming release on the @Khazadrecords VA due out in August 2021, their debut track "Devoid of Emotion" can be heard in this mix and has seen recent support from DLV, Tim Tama & more

SAWYL has been locked away in his studio working on an EP and working on tracks for the Body Snatchers project with @elliotashley.

As WarinD, the Italian artist has taken a particular interest in the harder, more up-tempo fields of electronic music. With his stage persona he’s managed to deliver forward-going, machine gun-beating, razor-sharp bass-drum killers, without losing touch with a very refined sense of delicateness. An artistic balancing act not many manage to achieve. 

Not to mention the challenge of balancing a career as a stand-alone artist as well as a label manager. Since its beginnings in 2015, the imprint going by his own name of WarinD Records has featured the works of skilled musical artisans like Thomas P. Heckmann, VSK, Codex Empire, D.Carbone, and Nico Moreno, and has never failed to deliver records worth every listener’s and dancer’s while. Just like its owner.

WarinD manages to capture billowing pieces of zeitgeist in his sounds of rapid Techno structures, twisted, distorted lines of Acid and his distinctive sense of melancholy, resonating deeply within a new generation of young ravers trying to find their ways through the rotten battlefields of our postmodern times.
