For our first free download of the year we welcome Adam Sellouk to the series for his first appearance. Hailing from Israel, Adam Sellouk first emerged in 2021 with a contribution to Steyoyoke’s Paradigm collection. Immediately recognized for his astral sound, Adam quickly caught the attention of world class DJ Miss Monique, who signed him to her Siona Records imprint for a two-track showcase later that same year. 2022 would see further successes for Adam, with Nora En Pure’s Purified imprint being the landing spot for ‘Mirage’, a well received production which saw play from Agents of Time, Innellea, Kevin de Vries and Mathame. Also an accomplished DJ, Adam has been a fixture of his country’s nightlife of late, programming music for some of Tel Aviv’s trendiest venues. A recent highlight of Adam’s sets has been his much requested rendition of Empire of the Sun’s ‘We Are The People’. As the second single from the band’s debut album ‘Walking on a Dream’, the track would go on to achieve critical and commercial success, ultimately peaking at #1 in Germany by the end of 2010. With Adam’s take on the track already receiving considerable play from Kevin de Vries and Konstantin Sibold, we’re pleased to offer it as an exclusive free download. Enjoy.
