AYIM is an emerging talent from Amsterdam’s underground, known for her unique blend of psy,  techno, and atmospheric soundscapes. 
As a DJ, producer, and co-founder of KØLT,  she’s quickly gaining recognition for her dynamic sets, characterized by rolling basslines and a deep, introspective energy that captivates audiences both locally and internationally.
Her sound draws inspiration from minimal psytrance and techno, weaving together hypnotic rhythms and ethereal melodies. 
By merging the raw, driving force of underground rave culture with the transcendent essence of early psychedelic influences, she inspires listeners to reconnect with the world around them and their own inner worlds.

CF682 is a Danish DJ based in Copenhagen and co-founder of the collective and label Syntharax. They are known for blending hypnotic beats with futuristic progressive trance, creating a powerful, pulsating experience.

Since 2023, they’ve released several mixes, performed at renowned Copenhagen clubs such as Den Anden Side, Module, and Baggen, and established themself as a passionate figure in the electronic music scene.

For this mix, CF682 explores progression across electronic subgenres, starting at 132 BPM and steadily increasing. As the percussion intensifies and the pace quickens, the mix builds into an ever-evolving sensory journey.

Episode 60 is here! We present Lead Ore, a producer, DJ, and resident of the label and collective Syntharax. Lead Ore establishes himself as a creative artist, contributing to the modern dancefloor with a mix of progressive trance and house, groovy rhythms, and a high-energy soundscape.



Interview Lead Ore: 

Q: What made you start DJ’ing?
A: A lot of things. I’m really a music nerd in every way. I’ve been playing music since I was little, and I’ve produced all sorts of music for a long time—played in a rock band, made hip-hop, and also worked on ambient music. It all became very serious in a way that didn’t seem sustainable or healthy because of the intense competition in the music industry and the pressure for artists to be commercial. When my friends started DJ’ing and took me to the clubs, I was introduced to a scene that’s mostly about community and having a good time. I loved the idea that the DJ wasn’t the only main focus, like a band would be at a concert. The music and the people were what mattered mostly. Also, I don’t think there’s really such a thing as competition in the techno scene. So, I wanted to be a part of that and started DJ’ing and producing trance and techno. Being a resident and part of the Syntharax collective had a big impact on DJ'ing as well.

Q: Describe your style in three words:
A:  Colorful, energetic, nostalgic.

Q: Your best set in 2024/2025
A: Probably the last two sets I did at GAG at Den Anden Side, both last year and this year. There was so much support from the crowd.

Q: Your favorite track right now:
A: It’s not techno or a single track—but the whole album: Popol Vuh - In The Gardens Of Pharao. I found it very inspirational in some way.

Q: A track you never get tired of:
A: BK - Revolution. The energy of that track is insane.

Q: A Copenhagen DJ you want to highlight:
A:There are so many great DJs in Copenhagen, so it’s hard to pick just one. I’d definitely include all the DJs in Syntharax, of course ❤. But I think Alina is a very unique duo with a cool sound and great mixes. Also, check out the label Outer Village if you’re into experimental breakbeats and drum & bass.

Malmö Techno Tales Episode 60 - Lead Ore

I'm back with my CorruptedMix series and i've been anticipating releasing this one for a while. Finally it's here! 

Back in February i did a mix for Full Moon Radio in Koh Phangan, Thailand. A two-hour long ride filled with hypnotic progressive trance, a tiny sprinkle of house, minimal psy and sleazy grooves. 

The titel and idea was called ''Proghaven'' which loosely translates to ''The Garden of Prog'' from Danish to English.

Premiere: Lead Ore - Moon Shades

Sooo after some time producing a lot of tracks I think it was time for recording a new mix <3

I am always in a space between a big passion for atmospheric sound design and four-to-the-floor dance vibes. Also I like a big spectrum between a lot of different styles, and sometimes my mixes will get all over the place. But for me - creating a mix is more of a journey in sound, feelings and progression. I can't be creative if I feel I am locked into some specific pattern.

So for this mix, I blend modern forward-thinking trance, 00's prog and psytrance elements, trying to capturing a moment of groovy bliss and psychedelic attitude.

Lead Ore: Sacred Forest Floor Mix

CF682 sees off Saturday night in force. Progressive minimal psy/tech-trance to the gills. Pairing the bouncier aspects of certain strains of prog with the ghostly essences of psy and goa, all tied with a hypnotic freneticism that rides through the whole hour. Features tunes from Bitmonx, Quartz, Auricular, and co.
