"Call from a Forgotten Sea" is the 2nd EP dedicated to the sound of nature.
In this new work, we decided to focus on different sounds blended then together, coming from this little harbour in Duino Aurisina, a little "village" near our hometown.

We spent several afternoons finding the right moment to record the waves of the sea, the vibrations caused by their movement under the sand, what was happening under their surface, some seagulls and the sound created by the wings of the boats.

When we received the news of this project dedicated to the preservation of the oceans, we could not help but respond with something special.

About two weeks ago an e-mail from TubeBuddy appeared in our inbox with a video message from two very famous Youtubers: Mr Beast and Mark Rober.

Maybe some of you remember the #teamtrees project.... well, as of 22:00 today the #teamseas initiative has started.

The goal of this new project is to raise $30M by January 1, 2022 to remove 30M tons of plastic from the oceans, beaches and rivers. 

We are very happy to tell you that we decided to participate as well with a very special content dedicated to the sound of the Adriatic sea.

We spent the afternoons of the last two weeks finding the right moment to record the waves of the sea, the vibrations caused by their movement under the sand and, what was happening under their surface. 

From these recordings was born "Call from a Forgotten Sea", an EP dedicated to one of the fundamental resources of our planet, which every day offers food and oxygen to humanity.

Synthbiont & Anassimandrus is the ambient/experimental/dub techno project born at the end of 2018 by the collaboration between Nicolò Faggiani and Tommaso Gobbo.
Their musical background comes from different musical experiences as DJs, vinyl collectors, and founders of @electronicmusicculture303. 

The mixing and mastering process aims to elaborate on different digital and analog sources, editing field recordings, and samples to create unique soundscapes.

S & A in Dub is the deep dub techno side of  project. Merging the dubwise heavy basslines with the most ethereal chords and echoes, S & A in Dub draws from an extensive archive of records and samples collected during the past 10 years.
