Ilinx is a collection of tracks resulting from sound explorations carried out between 2020 and 2024.
During these years, the compositions were influenced by theoretical, visual, and sonic research. These focused on altered states of consciousness (hypnosis, lucid dreaming, sensory deprivation), psychophysical phenomena (otoacoustic emission, phosphene), the role of mental projections in the process of reality-making (perception), and the role of the imaginary in politics (ideology, distraction, alternative). These pieces are infused with these questions and focus on the induction of psychic states, suggestion of imaginaries, and perceptive confusion.

"Synthetic Forest" is a project aiming to induce the moods and percepts,
which commonly are provoked by the sight of loving mama nature but also her darker manifestations,
represented by the deep woods and secret caves around this perplexing construct we call our world.

The character who eventually was lead to harbour this aspiration
goes by the name of sasch and entered this world in 1979!!
Starting his musical journy with playing bass in a liveband,
he discovered a whole new world of expression as he visited his first goaparty in 1998!
Getting more and more involed in the trance-scene he finally took his years of experience and learning to the art of music production
and made his debut in 2009.Since then his releases document the growth of an ability to give voice to the dark and sinister workings
which originate from beyond the surface of reality.
