Synthetrix’ Audio Freedom Foundation is a sonic science fiction odyssey which was partially inspired by the 1966 novel, Colossus by D.F. Jones, in which super-computers take control of the fate of the human race. Other themes of inspiration came from the George Lucas film, THX-1138 and concepts of machine worship.

The origin of the Synthetrix moniker dates back to the late 80s when I used this as a handle on computer BBS systems. The name became an umbrella identity for freelance graphic design, DJing and music creation.
