Chris de Burgh is one of my favourites, I have made this adaptation in salute him.
I have used my Roland keyboard, some Omnisphere instruments, and some Ableton effects  for the
piano,  jublag, bass drum, orchestral snare, timpani, cymbal, lady choir, flute, slow and spiccato strings, church and hammond organ, and tubular bells...

* Note: "Zorbas" or more commonly, "Zorba's Dance" is a song by Greek composer Mikis Theodorakis. It is based on two traditional Cretan songs, "Armenohorianos Syrtos" and "Kritiko syrtaki", composed by Giorgis Koutsourelis. The song featured in the 1964 film Zorba the Greek, for which Theodorakis wrote the soundtrack, and became popular around the world. It is now commonly played and danced to in Greek tavernas. The track has been recorded by many different musicians from around the world.

1) Chordophonet: Is a Virtual Harp and Hammered Dulcimer sample based software instrument, featuring Celtic and Concert Harps, Pre-recorded Harp Glissando and Upward-Downward Harp Glissando, and Hammered Dulcimer modes.

2) Realistic Virtual Piano: Is a acoustic grand piano emulation based on a Acoustic Kawai and Yamaha Grand Pianos. 

3) Syntheway Strings: Is a sample based string VST instrument with multisampled Ensemble Strings: Violin, Viola, Cello & Double Bass instruments.

Installation Notes

A) Windows Requirements:

- Use these Syntheway VST plugins in your favourite DAW MIDI Sequencer host like: FL Studio, Ableton Live, Cakewalk SONAR X Series: X1 X2 X3, Steinberg Cubase, Nuendo, PreSounus Studio One, Cockos REAPER, Mixcraft, MAGIX Samplitude, Sequoia, Energy XT, ACID Pro, Orion, VSTHost, SAVIHost, n-Track Studio, Cantabile, Adobe Audition and many others ( Check out complete list of VST compatible hosts here: http://syntheway.com/vstcompatiblehost.htm )

Additional Note: The Santouri is a stringed instrument in the hammer dulcimer family. There are Greek, Persian and an Indian types which are distinct from each other in style, construction, tuning and technique. The Persian and Indian instruments are more generally respectively known as the Santur and Santoor.
