O STL aka Stephen Laubner κυκλοφορεί δίσκους για πάνω από δυο δεκαετίας. Δε παίζει live, δε δίνει συνεντεύξεις, δε μοιάζει να ενδιαφέρεται για τις τρέχουσες τάσεις. Κατασκευάζει και συνήθως διανέμει μέσω της δικής του δισκογραφικής δεκάδες LP & EP με ηχητικά αταξινόμητη χορευτική μουσική, αυτή που στα αλήθεια δε χορεύεται, αυτή που σαν φάντασμα διεισδύει και στοιχειώνει τα ανήσυχα αυτιά. Το σημερινό επεισόδιο του Attaivstic Sonic Ethnography είναι αποκλειστικά αφιερωμένο σε αυτόν.
