Lately there’s been a lot of old DJ Harvey and Daniele Baldelli mixes in my ears, so naturally I’ve been digging for that lush, spacey Balearic sound. From there I’ve zig zagged between late 80s NYC, early 90s Ibiza, and the cosmic birthplace that was mid 70s Italy. 

When I’m not digging, I geek out hard and read, watch docos, and listen to podcasts on music history. The stories behind the Loft, Studio 54, and iconic beachside clubs like
“Baia Degli Angeli” (Bay of Angels) are pure gold and they helped pave the way for the cosmic wave we’re still riding today. This mix is my salute to that era, along with some more recent releases for good measure. Enjoy!

Moving to Amsterdam helped him discover new sounds and obscure subgenres, and gave him a fresh set of eyes on DJing. Amid the chaos his soft spot for disco has always found its way in his selections, and his sets are a hopeful attempt to make sense of it all.
