For this third episode of Chimaera for Lyl Radio, we invited a dear French  Artist and friend, Stellah Maris. With methodical contrasts, Stellah Maris animates magnetic tales. He plays rooted music through a surreal prism, evoking sound rituals and lucid dreams.

 "Initially, I was expected to work on a dubstep mix for a friend’s radio show, but as I was preparing this set I found myself falling in a darker twisted dronish warped bassy vortex of digging and this mix began to draw itself. I was very satisfied with the energy I gave in this recording as well as the storytelling I managed to spin, but it was totally off-topic for the initial dubstep project, so I reached my dear and wise EWO friends to get some advice from them on what to do with this. They immediately offered to publish it through their LYL broadcast, which ultimately made a lot of sense to me, knowing our shared taste for muddy and greasy bass trenches in lush and teeming soundscapes."

Israel Vines (@israel-vines) has been DJing for nearly 30 years and has released his most recent productions on Eye Teeth and Tresor. He is currently working on a new collaborative production project with New York-based artist Camille Altay. Known primarily for deep and heavy dancefloor sets that range from Techno to Drum and Bass and all points in between, this set is a reflection of his more quiet and meditative tastes in ambient and experimental music.

AJO aka https://on.soundcloud.com/qcTCH who originally comes from the depths of the black forest, is living in the Rhein- Main-Area since the last couple of years. Due to his father he listened to tapes from Good Looking Records and LTJ Bukem and was gifted a huge electronic music collection when he was 12, discovering Aphex Twin. A former Ex of his mother with who he used to live a couple of years, was a Didgeridoo player and introduced him into the more tripped out side of electronic music and the realm of the psy. AJO - Ambedo is heavily influenced by this background, the forest, his surrounding, the tribe and the dance.

The mix is a live arrangement, containing tracks from upcoming album "Ambedo" released on our label.

IT-XPO makes his debut on Oleeva with an EP that is leaning towards album territory. The NYC based producer/DJ is most definitely in the zone, sharing 6 new original tracks that sit somewhere between deep house and dub techno. This eclectic release is full of grit and attitude, industrial percussion and beautifully dark energy to lead us from the summer and into the winter.

𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒊𝒆𝒓𝒆: IT - XPO - Deep 3 [OLEEVA]

We're delighted to share with you Synthtati's set recorded during the transience curated night at Whole Festival last year. During these three hours, Synthtati takes us on an incredible journey through moments of dubby, glitchy percussions into surreal atmospheres and more playful moments all emerging from a bi-directional drone setting a pschedellic mood for the rest of the night. 

Synthtati has the following to say about their set : 
This soundscape was manifested for the ambient stage opening, invoking memories of an ecstatic atmosphere in the woods under the stars, flamboyant queer people celebrating life on a hot July night.
I had 3 hours to envision a spectrum of sonic nuances: refined elegance of distorted rhythms, cinematic nostalgia, mysterious organics, musique concrète, spoken word, ASMR whispers, and intricate textures.
Initiating with the ethereal resonance of the Shepard's tone as a countdown point, this mix collages 3 musical channels complimenting one anoher simultaneously and merging into one sonic tapestry resonating with me deeply.
