I think the overall feel is rather unstable due to the many scale modulations. But the sound selection is really good.

I really like these panning synth stabs :) Your sound design is decent throughout.

You have a lot of great ideas in this track, but as jemAudio said, you have a lot of scale modulations in here. I have some suggestions in this regard: Try staying in one key for longer, say for the whole A part, then modulate the key for the B part. Here you change the key too quickly, which makes the track sound unstable. You can also smooth the key changes with a transition like a noise sweep followed by a noise crash in the next bar (there are a lot of possibilities here, this is just an example). To make the track more stable, you could use a motif that repeats somewhere in the track to keep it coherent. And with a little more practice using keychanges, you'll get there - I'm pretty sure :) Also: Do I hear some Hey Hey Guy! around 2:11? :P
