Staring Into Space

There is always the point in a journey where the path is never clear. There is no real guidance. There is no real way of knowing where you are. Walking forever until everything comes together at once. Perhaps that's not what's meant to happen. When we're trudging through the foggy nights with no way of knowing where we're going. We just have to believe we know where we're going, because that takes us to where we want to go. It doesn't matter how we get there. Maybe it'll take forever. Maybe it'll be tomorrow. We'll still believe we'll know where we're going, regardless. Even if our methods are makeshift.

You know, after not releasing for 3 months it feels surreal to be uploading a song again & sharing an adventure that I've crafted. Whenever I upload a song, I want to upload a song that has care, effort & meaning put throughout it. It could be made in a day, or a month, or maybe even longer so. Though, I just want the track to speak & carry the listener through an adventure that tells a story. Most importantly crafting the story of who AphixSky is. I constantly try to refine but also stick to the style that I adore so much. Makeshift was something that was started last year & was a project that I kept procrastinating on. I really wish I had better time management skills, as I tend to procrastinate & start new projects than finish ones that I want to finish. A blessing & a curse. Though, I did get this out, so I suppose I'm getting a little better at that haha. 
It's also really astonishing to think that this is my 2nd solo release of the year. 5 months have already passed & though I didn't get much songs out, I feel that I've gotten songs out that I want to be heard. There is so much going on behind the scenes that just get me pumped & everything that I'm constantly learning is making me grin. Honestly, all of your support is unforgettable & makes me grin to know end. Just recently, I've hit 1000 followers & that's honestly the thing that surprises me the most. The majority of people, that start feel that they don't do so with no real path, or intent. Just creation. That's how I was. 2014 was when I started, and to think that 3 years later I'd have 1000 followers. I really have come a long way & to everyone that has supported me. Either from the beginning, or just recently, you're all fantastic & I love your constant support. I'm officially nearing 3 years of producing around the end of May & that is just adding on to the things that shock me. Everyone I've met, regardless if I talk to them or not has helped me & helped shaped my music. Honestly can't express how much I love you all. See you til' my next release & I hope you love this one a lot <3
