This year was all about coloring our lifes, streching our music boundaries and finding new ways to express ourselves through the sounds of the ever-expanding underground music. Like we always do when it comes to a Tzinah V.A. compilation, once more, we have carefuly gathered 10 tracks that we believe are very representative for Tzinah’s own accustomed sound and feel.
Through deep, dark to groovy and powerful tunes, signed by artists hailing from Eastern Europe to South America, we’re hoping you will catch a glimpse of our colored moods, trips and grooves. We’re happy to announce a handful of promising new-commers on our growing Tzinah family, such as Claudia Amprimo, Andu Simion, Igor Kostoski, Kambo Río, Lifer, and Reclame, all adding a distinct touch to our V.A. with their excellent sound design. Also, resorting to nothing but a bunch of top-shelf underground bangers we’ve got Primărie, iVANOV, Guy From Downstairs, Blagoj Rambabov, Alex Kravitz and KiRiK.

Demo song for Music Pattern Generator v2.1

A demo song for the new Music Pattern Generator. The rhythms in the track were made with the app. Especially the second half after the piano break shows how easy it is to make constant rhythm variations by using a MIDI controller to change the patterns in real time.

Like to explore oddity in soundscapes and what happens when everything is not so timed. I get a bit allergic when everything is to much in sync. I like to make music because I never know where I´ll end up and the fact that I can do and go where ever I want to go without anyone setting rules for me. I like old nintendo games sounds but I´m also a sucker for lo-fi pads ands string from old synths and to have them mangled thru various stepsequencers and effects.
