Has been a while since I've done a remix but this one flowed pretty quick until I had a hard drive failure and nearly lost most of it! managed to recover it in the end though and enjoyed trying out some ideas with basslines, playing with the samples and creating a breakdown inspired by the vocal. Chris Voro - Saturday Night Special (System 2 Remix) (Clip)

New single out on VIM Records, this one was inspired by my travels and contact with Tibetan culture in exile in Dharamsala, North India and contains field recordings I made of live ritual music in Tibetan Buddhist temples and of a speech by Tibetan activist Tenzin Tsundue. The 'Kora' is the name of a sacred meditation walk filled with Tibetan art & prayer flags around the beautiful forested hillside of the main Tsuglagkhang Buddhist Temple in Mc Leod Ganj, the word 'Kora' also translates to 'revolution' from Tibetan.

Ordinarily, Parallel Dimensions are not technically Parallel Universes. The concepts are similar but there are significant differences. Where characters travel to dimensions, they may cause changes in the timeline (creating a point of divergence) that result in changes to the present. The alternative present will be similar in different degrees to the original present as would be the case with a parallel universe. The main difference is that parallel universes co-exist whereas only one history or alternative history can exist at any one moment. Another difference is that moving to a parallel universe involves some inter-dimensional travel whereas alternative histories involve some type of time travel. (However, since the future is only potential and not actual, it is often conceived that more than one future may exist simultaneously.)
