blaktone, the dynamic duo of Roma Rone and Igor Ri9or, are known for their distinctive fusion of progressive and techno sounds. Their years of experience and refined musical intuition have carved a unique space for them in the global electronic scene. On Gameboy, they team up with Renato Cohen, a pioneering figure in Brazil’s electronic music landscape. Cohen rose to international acclaim with his 2002 hit Pontapé on Carl Cox’s Intec label, a track that put Brazil firmly on the global electronic music map. His dynamic live performances and eclectic productions—blending house, techno, funk, and jazz—have taken him to iconic clubs and festivals worldwide, from Berghain to Fabric and from Awakenings to Love Parade.

Gameboy is a vibrant, synth-driven journey that channels the raw energy of Indie Dance. Layered electronic synths build a pulsating foundation, creating a hypnotic momentum. As the track progresses, a long, tension-filled break introduces a classic house piano theme, injecting a nostalgic, old-school vibe that perfectly contrasts the modern electronic textures. Sincopat is proud to welcome Ary Sya to the family with a release that masterfully blends multiple influences and styles. This colourful EP fuses melodic house with a radiant summer vibe and dancefloor energy, creating a sonic journey steeped in Japanese inspiration.

Two of the tracks, Nikita and Akari, pay homage to this cultural influence through their names. The journey begins with Nikita, a very personal track for the artist. The track resonated deeply with Ary Sya's mother, Nicole, who, upon hearing it for the first time, simply said, ‘I love it’. That heartfelt moment led to the decision to name it Nikita, as a subtle tribute to her. Akari, fully embraces the Japanese theme as well, with a bright and summery feel. Akari means light in Japanese.

To close the release, Melon draws inspiration from a fruit considered precious and refined in Japanese culture.The artist translates this essence into music, creating a delicate yet impactful track, a perfect balance of elegance and intensity.
With this release, Ary Sya brings a fresh and unique perspective to Sincopat, offering an immersive musical experience that is as soulful as it is danceable.

Germany based record label for contemporary electronic music, run by Marc Romboy since 2004!

Veridium’s signature is radical versatility and music that is mercurial and maverick. His genres are primarily Techno, Deep House, Progressive House and Downtempo. 

But above all else, Veridium loves to tell a story. 
“Each set should be a unique musical experience,” he says. 
"Expect to drop in deep at the beginning and fall out at the end with the sense that time has escaped you." 

This journey began at AfrikaBurn 2016 and since then Veridium has played on the biggest stages at AfrikaBurn. In 2019 earning a residency on The Spirit Train and playing alongside Bellville, Dandara, Vander and Offroad. 

An invitation to play in Nuremburg, Germany with NASTY in January 2019 was a brilliant opportunity to showcase his unique sound to an international audience. 

Now firmly established within the Cape Town underground electronic music scene and playing at well-established venues, parties and festivals. These include Wonderland, Make- Believe, and Goldswindler. With a residency for the last three summers at Grand Africa this has allowed for Veridium to hone his downtempo skills.
