Marc Romboy's imprint "Systematic Recordings" may celebrate a lot of jubilees this year. After just having released the 100th 12" single featuring two new tracks by Stephan Bodzin and Marc himself he has recently teamed up with former Mutekki owner Jürgen Driessen in order to establish a new business division called "Systematic Sounds" whose aim is to provide high quality sample packs of several and popular underground producers.

Without any doubt one of the most popular and influencing techno producers is Robert Babicz (aka Rob Acid) from Cologne. With endless records on imprints like Bedrock, Kompakt, BPitch Control and of course Systematic Recordings Robert has been a highly respected and acclaimed musician during the last 20 years. 

So it´s not a surprise that Jürgen and Marc are very happy and proud that Robert has agreed to produce the debut release in form of his very first and personal sample pack including plenty of self recorded high quality audio files. All audio files which represent Robert´s individual sound signature in perfection come along in form of all common formats (i.e. wav, apple loops, rex and kontakt) and may be used instantly for own music productions.

The user can purchase a very extraordinary collection as Babicz covers each kind of recording technique with sources like vintage analogue synthesizers, all his drum machines (including 808, 909 and HR16), unique performed FX takes and typical beats. Besides this he has re-rexplored a lot of lost treasures on his hard discs, magical recordings which he considered as lost and which were found by accident and because of this project again. 

"Robert Babicz - Sound Signatures" is an outstanding sample collection including the influence of his rare state of the art machines like the Studer a80 reel to reel, the analogue EQ device "Klein & Hummel ue100" and custom made channel strips which has not been released at any time.

Systematic Sounds is a brand new imprint established by Systematic´s master mind Marc Romboy and Jürgen Driessen with the vision to serve musicians high class sample packs of the best and most experienced techno house producers around the globe.

After the highly assessed first release, Robert Babicz´s "Sound_Signature" pack which instantly hit the top 10 of the Beatport Sound selling list, this is now already the second bundle release and it was produced by a guy which Marc considers as one of the best current tech house producers, Wehbba from Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Besides countless strong releases with his buddy Christian Smith he has convinced the dance floors with a bunch of top-notch remixes for the likes of Robert Babicz, Joyce Muniz and Chicago´s house figure head Roland Clark and entered the exclusive circle of Boiler Room artists by playing a legendary set in Sao Paulo along with Stephan Bodzin and Marc Romboy in summer 2014.

For the "Sound_Signature" pack Wehbba moved back from the daily business in order to create an outstanding collection of typical sound samples in the best studio of Sao Paulo, the Red Bull Station Studio and also his own studio.

There he filed a long time on sounds from machines like the brand new Moog Sub 37, the Access Virus TI and the Dave Smith Tetr4, three units which are significant for his sound aesthetics.

Besides this he added plenty of Wehbba-characteristical recordings as grooves, funky techno bass lines and one shots!
