PS1 Core

I used two programs to rip sound samples from games (N64 Sound Tool and PSound)

Thanks to that I can compose completely new tracks with the original samples.

I originally wanted to combine samples of two games.

The result was a special combination of familiar samples and sounds or similar melodies. Some parts are just my ideas, but still inspired by both games.

I also tried two short remixes "Time Station" from Ape Escape and "Redial" from Bomberman Hero. All composed from scratch.

Some fans of these games may recognize musical transitions between them.

This is a track I composed for Melinated Game Kitchen's entry in the 32-bit game jam. 

It's a mix of Haitian kompa music and Terada style drum'n bass.
