Simple Simon makes his return with another solid 4 track release on Formation Records after his successful "50 Calibre/Snitches" release earlier this summer.  

Starting off with a dark cinematic theme, jungle stepper beats, followed by gritty basses and progressions that keep you engaged, we are quickly reaching the first drop to be hit in the face with a blasting rolling bass. With the powerful drum section emerging into the drop, and a warping well produced bass there is a serious presence within ‘Aloof’.

‘Mile High Club’ is on a more chilled, soulful, vibe but still goes hard, with a sweet piano riff and hints of vocal chants that rolls all the way through alongside the ultra-clean subs peppered with fluctuating stabs to keep you wanting more. 

The simplicity of ‘Stones Throw’ takes you back to a simpler, nostalgic time with subtle progression and effective processing across the vocals that brings effortless harmonies and can only be described as "beautiful". 

To finish off this rounded release, ‘’Bro Science’ has a dark stepper vibe with eerie soundscapes, dirty beats, and an enticing vocal. When it drops it hits hard and rolls out proper, not one for the faint hearted.
