Supporting the long-coming debut album from Italian bass mainstays Numa Crew, Liondub International is proud to present a double-A side single featuring Dub FX on the mic, ‘Bass Hater’ references any number of classic drum & bass and hip hop hybrids with its fusion of half-tempo rhymes and uptempo drum programs; the lead single shows off its ultramodern production design built around tightly wound bass burbles, minimalist drum programming, and conspicuous fine details like the dub bleeps, pads, and synthesizer screeches that add momentum to the riddim. Remaining resolutely in halftime throughout, the instrumental ‘B.M.X’ leads off with plucked strings and bell-like melodies that are suddenly run into the digitizer once the beat drops. With its rapid-fire hats alternating between open and closed on the sixteenth note, chopped-up vocals, pitch-shifting bleeps and succinct breakdown, the tense track is modern beat science at its finest to show off the Crew’s most experimental side.  With two tunes forwarding their futuristic sound, Liondub International is rolling deep with the Numa Crew for 2014.

It’s clear to see from the outset that this represents a landmark project for the label. born out of the commitment to showcasing the very best established producers, alongside some of the scenes finest up and coming talent. As you would expect from the Run Tingz camp, this is all complimented by a A-list cast of renegade vocalists with the likes Da Fuchaman, Doubla J, Cheshire Cat, Lady MC, Solo Banton, Parly B, Papa Michigan and Blackout J.A making an appearance.

The first incarnation of the ‘Tingz Nah Run We’ series kicks off with brand new material from the label bosses themselves. Alongside the unmistakable sound of LMK’s sweet Reggae vocals, we’re pleased to bring you the resurgence and execution of a fresh new sound from the Bristol based studio, a slab of bass-lead, amen filled Jungle / Drum & Bass. Far from an isolated sonic experiment, this is a taste of things to come from the forthcoming ‘Pond Life’ EP due to land next Spring on Run Tingz Originals.

The rest of the LP is comprised of a badass selection of original material and remixes which range from Bladerunner’s trademark sub-heavy rhythms, a unique head-nodder from the Jungle don Gold Dubs, some serious Ragga Jump Up business from Levela, Bigspin and Kutz, the current rolling party-sound of Audiomission, an Amen banger from the boys behind Born On Road, as well a few classic cuts of the Run Tingz Dubwise sound from producers including Kursiva, Issac Maya, Frisk & Solstice and the Numa Crew.

Volume 4 of the popular NICE UP! The Session series and another huge round up of what the label has been upto over the last year or so. Crying (T-Kay remix) - Preacha ft Jay Spaker

Big, bad and heavy drum and bass (just the way it should be!) from T-Kay, one of the members of Italy's premiere bass music and party posse, Numa Crew. Taking influences from the mid 90s trend of jump up DnB and old school jungle and applying them to modern production styles and techniques, T-Kay creates a couple of monsters in "Arrow" and "The Almighty". 

Stripping the tracks back to the basics - a solid upfront bassline, rolling energy, fat drums and a kicking sample, these tracks are specifically designed to do damage on the dancefloor. Already supported by some of the scene's major players, expect to hear much more from T-Kay very soon!
