- A collection of old MPC beats that I felt conflicted about releasing. These beats were done between 2007 and 2010. I felt that some of these were not good enough to put out but at the same time it was a special period of time for me making music. I spent a lot of time with these beats and felt emotionally tied to them. I decided that these old friends of mine shouldn't be forgotten. These friends of mine taught me a lot.

Beat is composed of items I recorded in my apartment such as plastic bags for the shakers/hats, tapping a plate, hitting a spoon and dinging a glass and pitching it in the beat among other things used.
