This is the last of the 2007 recordings.  This class is an intermediate/advanced class, from the ol' Tuesday morning time slot.  It starts out exactly like the previous post, same theme and reading as well...but goes to a very different place!  My cuing is WAY better and in general I think this is a smokin' class.  (Excuse the long one sided sequence.)  You'll need some props and knowledge of Sanskrit to muddle thru this one! My next posting will be current day classes and be more in the range of advanced beginner/intermediate level.

I teach yoga and meditation.  I lived in Omaha, NE for 20 years (from the age of 20-40).  I started my yoga teaching life there and it grew.  Having relocated to Providence, RI I'm starting over.  This is an easy way to keep the love flowin' back to the peops in Omaha (and elsewhere) who know my work and want to keep it on their bodies and in their hearts.  My main teachers are Tias Little and Sarah Powers, I've many, many more.  The classes I post here will vary from advanced level to all levels and from flow n' glow to a more static Iyengar style.  I will always offer alignment instruction, variations of the more challenging poses, a sanskrit chant, and some thread of the wisdom teachings.  I'm blessed to do what I love and love what I do.
