A radiant new chapter unfolds as French producer Melodic Engine presents "A New Start", a 12-track journey through melodic progressive house, trance, and blissful chillout. Known for his emotive soundscapes and soothing sonic craftsmanship, Melodic Engine elevates his signature style into a warm, sun-lit world of coastal rhythms, ocean-kissed melodies, and moments of pure introspection. 

Opening with the title track, “A New Start” sets the tone with a serene and uplifting progressive flow of arps, delicate guitar plucks, and a daytime aura reminiscent of classic Chicane. It’s a gentle invitation into an album built on emotion and clarity. “I’m Waiting” follows with punchy grooves and sun-soaked energy, its vocal chops dancing over a shimmering, synth-heavy breakdown made for golden hours on the beach.

The warmth continues with “Ocean Waves”, a breezy, retro-infused tune filled with synth stabs and electric-guitar accents that feel tailor-made for an afternoon coastal drive. “Aurora Frontiers” channels Balearic brightness—guitar plucks, glowing arps, and jubilant harmonies that radiate positivity. Melodic Engine’s affinity for Japanese influence returns in “Mount Fuji”, a playful homage enriched with flutey leads, traditional-styled guitars, and percussive elements that paint a vivid cultural tableau.

“Rocked by the Waves” shifts into chilled, groovy territory—soft, rolling rhythms and a touch of 80s electric-guitar charm that creates a nostalgic, sunset-hued ambiance. With elegant grace, “Purple Sky” brings ethereal arps and airy vocal chops into a dreamy atmospheric world. The mystical “Whispers of the Sirens” blends piano plucks and enchanting vocals with warm, expanding melodies—an ode to mythical seas and the allure of the unknown.

As the album moves into its energetic late-night phase, “Midnight Sun” delivers a driving progressive-trance experience, echoing the emotional depth of classics like Mike Foyle’s "Shipwrecked". “Unknown Frequencies” brings a darker, percussive twist of resonant, mysterious, and hypnotically progressive.

The final ascent begins with “Beyond the Horizon”, a light, serene, slightly Enigma-esque piece crafted for contemplative listening rather than the dancefloor, giving an airy breath before the finale.
